Swiss includes a wide range of food products made in Trinidad. On the pasta side they offer macaroni, spaghetti, shells, twists, elbows, tri-colour twists, lasagna noodles and Mac-a Cheese. All of these items are made with Durum Semolina.
Swiss also makes a full range of quality condiments such as mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, new spicy ketchup, barbeque sauces, Worcester sauce, Soy Sauce, Mauby syrup concentrate and a full range of Peanut Butter. These items are available in a variety of sizes and the popular types (ketchup, mayonnaise, barbeque sauce, mustard) are also available in catering size bags (4 Litre) and in individual portion packs (in ketchup, mustard and pepper sauce).
Swiss pioneered the use of flexible packaging for ketchup and other condiments and is the leading brand of ketchup in Barbados with the Econopak bag. What was revolutionary when it was first introduced is now well accepted by consumers and by caterers who value the safety, the convenience and the reduction in packaging.
